A true honest business servicing the local community! Andy and the team have had my MTD ride on lawnmower for a week and it has come back a totally different machine. The team have been a pleasure to deal with, fantastic customer service, honest advice, and never tried upselling me anything for a quick buck. My dealings with them were over the phone, my machine was collected on time, dropped off on the time, I was able to plan my working commitments around the delivery. I couldn't ask for more. I was in need of service for my lawn mower and found Kingfisher on the web and was impressed with their reviews so I got in touch with them and Andy answered the phone and told me how much for the service and any additional parts what may need doing. Well I new it was in a bad shape but I loved that lawn mower as it never let me down so I took to Andy and he said after I've checked it out I will let you know the price before I start on it then it's up to me if I want it doing. I agreed with the price and when he had serviced and changed all the parts which I needed doing and a new battery I went to collect it. Well what can I say it was like a new mower ticking over like never before it worked better than when I bought it. I got home and mowed the lawn as it had been a couple of weeks and what a difference it made, Thank you Andy for an excellent job and would recommend anyone who needed their mower serviced with Kingfisher mower. I've used Kingfishers services for the last 3 years after struggling to find someone competent and local to maintain the machines for my business. Mark and Andy have never let us down from servicing to purchasing machines and their after sales service. Everything is first class. I highly recommend their business.

Mark and Andy what lovely helpful people. Had purchased a lawnmower from a well know agent who had not got a clue. Spoke to Mark and popped up he and Andy could not have been more helpful. If I had know about these guys I would have gone straight to them for purchase. Can’t thank them enough for there help. Will definitely go there back to them for maintenance and servicing.

Brilliant service, can’t recommend enough. I had a lawn mower that would not start, Mark looked at it and got it going which was brilliant. What was really great was that he gave me a honest view not to spend money on it, rather than charge me for something that would not increase its life. Absolutely fantastic service with nothing being too much trouble. I initially had my petrol mower fixed at a very reasonable cost and subsequently had a couple of follow on issues which were dealt with quickly and effectively at no additional cost. Mark is a true gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. From now on my mower goes to Kingfisher for all its servicing needs.

Brilliant service. I found these on a simple google search and contacted them ‘out of hours’ to enquire about a service for my petrol mower, but they still replied within 5 minutes and within 15-20 minutes a pick-up time was arranged for the following day. On delivery, they turned up on time and delivered my mower that looked and worked like new. Payment was made simple with the option of paying online which I prefer. Definitely recommend and will use again.
