Unfortunately I live too far away to Visit the yard but I have been dealing with Paul and his team via the phone and email. I bought ridge tiles after seeing a picture on a google search. I rang and spoke to Paul, he double checked everything I asked and arranged delivery to 'up north' at a fraction of the cost of some other yards. The ridges arrived when he said they would and they look even better than on the photos. They arrived extremely well packaged. All in all it has been a pleasure doing business.
